I know someone else who has one of these. So there are at least two different sleeve designs. I got mine (the other p/s) from a band member, and he reckoned they'd made ten (!) of them... so I'd say it's likely that this 'soldier' p/s is the more 'common' of the two!
The pictures above I saved from eBay when 'atgreatfm' bought it. If I remember correctly, after upgrading, he later sold his sleeveless copy and included a photocopy of this P/S.
Oh, I thought this picture was a copy found in the wild back in the day. Hmmm.... cos 'atgreatfm' is the 'someone else' of whom I spake'd. So we're still at ONE copy of this sleeve, then...?
