EVERYBODY'S ON REVOLVER TONITE
So sang 'O' Level on one of the tracks on their The Malcolm EP. On one particular Saturday evening in the summer of 1978 that 'everybody' extended to top Birmingham cabaret punk band Brent Ford And The Nylons.
This show-stealing performance saw Brent Ford And The Nylons race through two of the three tracks on their only single, namely 19th Nervous Breakdown and C'mon Everybody. Some of the Nylons were concerned that they could have problems signing on the dole on Monday morning after appearing on TV over the weekend, so Revolver's producer Mickie Most suggested they wear stockings over their heads.

That's really great stuff!Stockings over beards & moustaches,very funny...and the drummer is cool... thanks,Roberto
Totally forgot that they were on Revolver. I'll have to revisit my Revolver DVD again. What a great show that was and a fantastic audience. It put every other music show to shame in my opinion. Cheers James.
I had also completely forgotten they were on Revolver even though I was there. I have very fond memories of seeing them at the Barrel Organ in Digbeth every Saturday night. Never thought anything of them had been recorded. Brilliant to see it again.
