THE MOD/POWERPOP VERSION OF THE RRPG

Nice discography/price guide by Ingo Eitelbach from the early 90's, spanning 36 x A5 pages. I think I got this from Detour Records rather than direct from Ingo. Interesting in that it reveals which records were considered collectable back then and which ones are missing from the list not yet discovered. I remember being quite surprised at the value quoted for the first Killermeters single with a picture sleeve being £60-90, but of course Ingo was right. There's a few little quotes here and there from Ingo like... 'someone (????) bids me £25 for it!!!' next to Ronnie Mayor's single Can't Wait 'Til The Summer Comes and 'best lyrics ever!' for The Winkers Song by Ivor Biggun.

Excellent. I want one!
I want one too. I'm guessing the Escorts and Joyride aren't in there.
Neither of those Rupert, not even the Incredible Kidda Band, but it is more comprehensive on the Mod side of things.
I just checked Detour, it seems they still have this for sale in the fanzine section.
I might be buying it then. Wasn't there a punk price guide that came out a few years ago?
There was one about 5 or 6 years ago (a proper book rather than a xeroxed zine), done by the people at Foggy Notion Records. Some of it was listed online but I can't seem to find a link on the Foggy Notion website. I have an earlier price guide from 1991 titled 'New Wave Singles' written by Neil Perry who I'm pretty sure is the Foggy Notion bloke. I might show that on the blog one day.
A single by the Fascinators called Blue Movies is on ebay for £150. Know anything about it.
I'd like that Fascinators record, but not at that price. It's on one of those "Every One A Classic" comps. Solid powerpop!
I bought this back in the early 90s also. It was THE guide to buying this stuff. I remember getting some great deals by just counter-checking everything on gemm.com before the value of a lot of these items was properly known by sellers.
Oh my god,you should see Vol.1...nearly 20 years old.
Ingo, this was an essential read for me back then, I'm sure everyone would've enjoyed Vol 1 as well.
