SLUSH - 'White Christmas'

Had a couple of requests for this, so why not?

You should all know that Slush were actually Pumphouse Gang and everything you need to know is right here. This punk cover of 'White Christmas' from 1978 on the unfashionable Ember label was backed by 'Rich Man' a song from the band's earliest live sets.

02 - Rich Man

As a bonus here's Pumphouse Gang's first attempt at 'White Christmas' with Ralph Von Wau Wau on lead vocals (Ricky Wreckage had temporary gone AWOL).

I'm with the band, in thinking that the demo's much better than the finished/released mix

Obviously the sound quality isn't as good on the demo (being cassette sourced), but I think the arrangement is definitely better.
